Contract extends CPP relationship with Regenersis
The York-based group, founded about 30 years ago by entrepreneur Hamish Ogston, signed a two-year contract with Regenersis, extending an eight-year business relationship. The contract is worth more than £15m, Regenersis said. The company will provide CPP’s customers with repaired or replacement devices.
Regenersis also provides call centre support for CPP’s various insurance schemes, to handle inquiries. Regenersis said it could reduce the cost of a claim by using fully tested and warranted devices.
