Matt Hancock hinted in Parliament that Leeds could move down to Tier 2 measures from Saturday, as the average rate of new coronavirus infections drops to 137.9 new cases per 100,00 people in the last seven days. It's down from 145.4 the previous week. However, some Leeds neighborhoods have significantly higher rates of infection, with more new cases than in the rest of the city. These are the 13 Leeds areas with a rate of more than 200 new cases per 100,000 people in the seven days to December 10, the latest available figures. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
