The latest figures, for the seven days to April 18, are based on tests carried out in laboratories (pillar one of the Government’s testing programme) and in the wider community (pillar two). The rate is expressed as the number of new cases per 100,000 people. Data for the most recent days has been excluded as it is incomplete and does not reflect the true number of cases. 1. Doncaster
Doncaster had a rate of 75.0 (234 cases) in the seven days to April 18, down from 88.8 (277 cases) the previous week.
2. Hull
Hull had a rate of 50.4 (131 cases) in the seven days to April 18, down from 66.2 (172 cases) the previous week.
3. Barnsley
Barnsley had a rate of 55.1 (136 cases) in the seven days to April 18, down from 82.6 (204 cases) the previous week.
4. Selby, North Yorkshire
Selby had a rate of 56.3 (51 cases) in the seven days to April 18, up from 41.9 (38 cases) the previous week.
5. Bradford
Bradford had a rate of 57.6 (311 cases) in the seven days to April 18, down from 93.4 (504 cases) the previous week.
6. Rotherham
Rotherham had a rate of 51.2 (136 cases) in the seven days to April 18, down from 75.7 (201 cases) the previous week.
