Leeds man admits causing death by dangerous driving after pedestrian was killed in Middleton

Mark Harrison, 28, pleaded guilty to the charge over the death of Nigel Boocock when he appeared before Leeds Crown Court.
Mr Boocock died after a collision at around 9.25pm on March 23, 2018, on Middleton Lane, close to the junction with Winthorpe Avenue.

Hide AdIt involved pedestrian Mr Boocock and a Vauxhall Vectra which was heading in the direction of Thorpe.
A second defendant, Maverick Holmes, 35, of Hough End Avenue, Bramley, pleaded not guilty to causing death by dangerous driving.
His trial will take place on March 8 next year.
Harrison, 28, of Broadgate Crescent, Horsforth, Leeds, will be sentenced after the trial.
Both men were granted bail until the trial date.
