Leeds paedophile arrested at work after he posted indecent child images on Twitter

Officers arrested Andrew Marsh at Moores Furnishing Group on the Thorp Arch Trading estate after receiving intelligence that he had been accessing illegal images.
Leeds Crown Court heard the 32-year-old began visiblly shaking and sweating as he spoke to officers on December 12, 2019.

Hide AdMarsh said he had bought his phone a few months earlier but denied any wrongdoing.
He said he had never downloaded or distributed indecent images of children.
Marsh said he had chatted online to people who had asked him for images but he had said no.

Hide AdMs Duffy said 13 images were at category B and 150 images at category C.
Marsh, of Third Avenue, Wetherby, pleaded guilty to three offences of making indecent images of a child.
Marsh has two previous convictions for two offences, including disclosing private sexual photos or films with intent to cause distress.
Anna Bond, mitigating, urged Judge Neil Clark to suspend an immediate prison sentence so her client could get help for his offending behaviour.
She also said Marsh has severe claustrophobia.
Marsh was given a six-month prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with requirements to complete 35 days of rehabilitation activity and 150 hours of unpaid work.
