Police issue urgent warning to parents as kids spotted setting fires amid huge moorlands blaze

Officers in Batley said they had attended reports of fires being set by youths in Heckmondwike for the second night in a row.
Both incidents have also forced the fire service to attend to deal with the situation.

Hide AdPolice said this is happening "just as fire officers have spent the last week battling an out of control fire in the Marsden Moor area".
Officers said they have images of those involved.
Enquiries will be made to identify them, police said.
West Yorkshire Police - Batley and Spen posted: "For the second night running our officers have attended reports of fires being set by youths in the Heckmondwike area. Both have also resulted in our colleagues from fire having to attend.
"This is happening just as fire officers have spent the last week battling an out of control fire in the Marsden Moor area.
"Please speak to your children and educate them of the dangers not only to themselves, but also the general public and wildlife that these actions take.
"If your child is coming home smelling of smoke, then ask them why!
"Officers have images of those involved and responsible and will be making enquiries to identify them."
