Police release update on Leeds street attack which left man with stab wound and head injury

A man in his 20s was found with a head injury and a stab wound to his body on Freemantle Place, Halton Moor, at 1.16pm yesterday (Monday, July 6).
He was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries which are serious but not believed to be life threatening.
A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Hide AdA spokesman for West Yorkshire Police has confirmed this morning that the 19-year-old man has been released without charge.
