Stuart Jarvis, 50, and 37-year-old Andrew Jenkins, both of Heights West in Armley, and Stewart Malnieks, 61, of Midland Road, Hyde Park, are also accused of perverting the course of justice.
It follows the death of 60-year-old Headingley man Michael Ayres, whose body was found in Hyde Park Terrace, Hyde Park, after firefighters were called to a bin on fire at about 7pm on Saturday.
Investigations continued close to the scene yesterday.

The three accused men made a brief appearance together at Leeds Magistrates’ Court yesterday morning. Flanked in the dock by three security guards and wearing police-issue jogging bottoms and sweaters, they spoke only to confirm their personal details.
They were remanded in custody and are due to appear at Leeds Crown Court for a further preliminary hearing tomorrow.
