Leeds Cat Rescue (LCR) has several cats and kittens, some of which have had tragic backgrounds, ranging from under six months to over one year old. These are all the kittens and cats currently up for adoption:
1. Peter Pan and Badger
These stunning bonded boys are not related but as you can see are very good friends. Peter Pan has always been a big healthy boy, part of a well looked after mum and babies but they were all signed into the rescue due to change of circumstance. Badger again came in with his mum and siblings but had not had the best start. Mum was tiny and all the kittens had a terrible worm burden which has a huge impact on any kittens growth and health. After a strict worming regime he is now at full health and ready find his forever home. Photo: LCR
2. Chuck and Kenny
These gorgeous brothers were born on a farm so missed the first few months of socialisation but are comping on beautifully now. Chuck is getting brave, loves strokes and purrs like a train. Kenny isn't quite so brave yet but is improving every day. He does like been stroked and purrs happily, he's just not quite as forward as his brother. Both boys are very playful and love hooning about. Photo: LCR
3. Frecle and Seb
Frecle and Seb are an unrelated girl/boy pair. Freckle is a few weeks older that Seb and came from the streets. She is very sweet and affectionate but timid initially of strangers. Seb came in with his sisters at just 4 week sold when his farm cat mum needed to be treated for a nasty access which meant she could no longer look after them. He's a brave personality and both are playful and mischievous and will be a great addition to most homes without young children. Photo: LCR
4. Tim and Bob
Tim nd Bob came into Leeds Cat Rescue as part of our low cost neutering scheme where mum was neutered free of charge and returned to her owners and the kittens came into our care. Both boys are sweet natured and loving and would suit most loving and secure homes. Photo: LCR
5. Django and Freddie
These lovely brothers came into Leeds Cat Rescue care with their 5 siblings from a scrap yard. Mum was neutered and returned an the kittens went into foster care to start socialisation ready to find new homes. The boys ate typical boys, full of mischief and into everything. They are timid initially of strangers but soon won over and bond with a bit of play time and cuddles. Photo: LCR
6. Leia
Leia came into Leeds Cat Rescue as a stray in distress giving birth in a garden. She had to undergo and emergency C section and sadly under the stress and trauma rejected her kittens. Leia is a very sweet and affectionate little cat. She is herself a kitten so is very playful and inquisitive. She is suited to most loving nd secure home and could be an only cat or would settle in a home with existing cats. Photo: LCR
