Hide AdWe then looked at the scale of homelessness in the city and why the council is drawing up new plans to tackle rough sleeping.
Today, we took a look at the challenges faced by the outreach workers trying to help people off the streets.
Later in the week, we'll also be looking at the 'Housing First' approach to supporting rough sleepers and the police's view on begging in the city.
