Wealthy students studying in Liverpool are spending as much as £3,460 a month to live in shared luxury student houses boasting bespoke furniture, ensuite bedrooms with rain showers, and central locations.

Each property advertised caters specifically for students who can afford to fork out over £1,000 a month on rental accommodation to live in an high-spec student properties in the centre of Liverpool.

Students studying in Liverpool have three choices when it comes to accommodation; shared houses, apartments, and private student halls, But, which of those three are the best choice for potential tenants? We’ve investigated each student accommodation option to find out which is the winner of the ultimate student pad crown.

So, which student properties are on the market?

1. Shared House, Liverpool - £3,640 PCM

Surprisingly, the most expensive student accommodation option in Liverpool is a shared house in Bailey Street. Costing an eye-watering £43,680 a year, potential student tenants can expect to live the ultimate bachelor lifestyle in the centre of Liverpool.

Located just a half mile from both Liverpool John Moores University, and the University of London, this student pad is in the perfect location for students studying at either university. Inside, tenants are treated to custom-built furniture, a “designer kitchen with stone surfaces” and “Porcelanosa designer bathrooms.”

Each resident will also have access to their own “recluse” which includes a 50” smart TV, en-suite bathroom with rain shower, and a desk to help students escape from their busy lifestyle to complete university work.

However, the property isn’t as great as it sounds. Residents living here are expected to share the property with four other individuals. The lucky residents who can afford to live in this property will be paying £43,680 a year each for a bedroom in a shared student house, and will still be required to share the kitchen and living room.

To put that rental cost for this property into perspective, the tenant could choose to live in a four bedroom penthouse suite overlooking the Liverpool city centre, or a six-bedroom detached house with a personal cinema instead, with some spare change at the end of the week.
