Hide AdDavid Marshall, Stephen O'Donnell, Nathan Patterson, Grant Hanley, John McGinn and Che Adams joined Fleck in missing the fixture despite having tested negative multiple times.
Hampden bosses took the move to be ultra cautious and the absent players apart from Fleck then returned for Sunday's final Euros warm-up match against Luxembourg in which an Adams strike sealed a 1-0 victory.
Cooper was not involved and not even on the bench but the Whites skipper took to social media on Sunday night to say it was now all systems go for the Euros.
"Prep Done!" said Cooper, writing on his Instagram page.
"Home to the family for a couple of days then the fun starts next week. Can’t wait."
