Promotion winning heroes Berardi and Hernandez will both depart the club this summer and both come into Whites head coach Marcelo Bielsa s final XI of the campaign.
Berardi starts in place of Diego Llorente who has been given early leave along with Robin Koch and Mateusz Klich ahead of their bids to shine at this summer's Euros.

Hide AdKoch had been carrying a slight hip injury whilst Bielsa did not want to run the risk of Lllorente suffering a recurrence of a muscular injury having come off at half-time of Tuesday evening's victory at Southampton.
Hernandez comes into the side to effectively replace Patrick Bamford who drops to the bench meaning Rodrigo is likely to start upfront.
Kiko Casilla again starts in goal but Helder Costa is out for the rest of the season with a back injury whilst Adam Forshaw also remains out.
Youngster Joe Gelhardt has been recovering from a minor niggle and is still missing.

Hide AdOutgoing Baggies boss Sam Allardyce has made two changes to his side as Dara O’Shea and Callum Robinson replace Matheus Pereira and Hal Robson-Kanu.
Pereira had been an injury doubt and fails to make the bench.
Academy players Taylor Gardner-Hickman, Tim Iroegbunam and Caleb Taylor are also among the subs.
