Marcelo Bielsa will be forced into at least one change this weekend with defensive midfielder Kalvin Phillips missing through suspension.
Leeds, though, will welcome club captain Liam Cooper back after 45 minutes in the FA Cup last week while Diego Llorente is also available once again after injury.
Tyler Roberts is expected to be included in the match day squad also.
Brighton have played a host of formations this season which have alternated between leading with a one-man and two-man attack. Should Graham Potter opt for a lone striker, then expect Bielsa to select a 4-1-4-1 formation.
If it is a two-man attack, then a 3-3-1-3 is expected - we believe the following XI allows fluidity between both for Leeds. Here's how the YEP predicts United will shape up in LS11:
1. GK - Meslier
Has established himself as number one this season.
2. RWB - Ayling
A return to his natural position after being an important figure covering in the centre of defence.
3. CB - Llorente
Has endured a frustrating start to life at Leeds. Injuries have seen him appear just once, but he's now back up to full fitness and ready. A home debut could be in the offing.
4. CB - Cooper
Returned for 45 minutes at Crawley last weekend after injury. Back and available to Bielsa once again.
5. LWB - Dallas
A move back across to the opposite flank with Gjanni Alioski making way. Dallas' versatility has been a huge bonus this season.
6. CDM/CB - Struijk
With Phillips missing, he is expected to be the one to sit in front of the back four. Should Bielsa go with a 3-3-1-3, he could also slot back into a three man defence if needed.
