The fixture was initially due to take place on Wednesday, January 20 but the game was postponed in order for Southampton to play their Emirates FA Cup third round tie with Shrewsbury Town.
That left Leeds without a game for nine days but the Saints clash will now be played on Tuesday, February 23 and kick-off at 6pm at Elland Road, screened live on Sky Sports.
