Hide AdPrior, who was his team mates’ and coaching staff’s choice for Rhinos’ best player in 2020, was granted extended off-season leave in Australia, but is expected to return to England on the same flight as Tetevano.
Coach Richard Agar said flights are booked for next weekend or the start of the following week.
Under the latest coronavirus rules, Tetevano and Prior will quarantine for five days and then take a test for Covid-19 before being allowed to join in pre-season training.
Meanwhile, Rhinos will play Huddersfield Giants in a pre-season game, ahead of their Betfred Super League opener against Wakefield Trinity six weeks today, but Agar said a date has not yet been confirmed.
