Sene-Lefao targets derby comeback for Castleford Tigers after signing new deal
The Samoan international has been sidelined by a knee injury, but could come into contention to face Wakefield Trinity at the Jungle on Friday.
Sene-Lefao joined Tigers from Cronulla Sharks on a two-year contract ahead of the 2017 season and was ever-present last year.

Hide AdHis new deal will keep him at the club until the end of 2021.
He said: “I’m excited about my future here. Me and my family are ready to take on the next three years here at Castleford.
“We landed here last year and it felt like home straight away. The amount of support we get from everyone from the town – the fans, the staff and the coaches at Castleford – has been fantastic.
“I can’t wait to get back out there and see all those smiling faces.”

Hide AdThe extension has been welcomed by Tigers coach Daryl Powell.
He said: “I’m delighted Jesse has agreed a new deal to stay at the club. He has been a quality addition to our squad and has further improvement in him moving forward.
“His enthusiasm is outstanding and I’m looking forward to working with him over the next three years.”
