Public Image Ltd announce gig in Wakefield
The band, founded by John Lydon after he left the Sex Pistols in 1978, will perform at city venue Warehouse 23 on the second date of a UK tour, on May 25.
Famed for their hits Public Image, Death Disco and This Is Not a Love Song, PiL released their 10th studio album, What The World Needs Now..., to enthusiastic reviews last year.

Hide AdThe record, which was self-funded and released on their own label, featured the band’s longest lasting and most stable line-up of frontman Lydon, guitarist Lu Edmonds, drummer Bruce Smith and bass player Scott Firth.
